Located at Raymond and Holly in Pasadena, CA this is the renovation of the historic Raymond Theater to luxury condominiums. In addition to the renovation of the existing concrete theater, the project also includes the construction of a new entirely connected five-story concrete and metal stud structure to increase the total number of condominiums to approximately fifty (50). The design weaves the historic architectural elements into the new structure which makes the new and old feel like one tremendous project. While renovations can be difficult and unpredictable, West's previous experience, in similar renovation projects, is providing considerable value to the Owner.
