Park Village

Twelve multi-story units with tuck under parking were added at an existing apartment complex. The split level design featured wood framing over PT slabs. One of (3) quadplexes was built directly over an abandoned swimming pool. Due to the location in a FEMA flood plain the construction was entirely concrete for the first 5 feet above grade. These luxury units command rental rates which are among the highest in the owner's portfolio. The scope of work also included upgrading the hardscape and planting as well as adding new outdoor amenities.
