This is the second phase of the Montana projects. This second phase is identical to Montana I in the very high quality and luxurious sizes of units, heights in the living spaces, lighting, exterior window systems, stone, precast and mechanical systems. However, these units are slightly smaller than the average 4,500 SF luxury condominiums provided in Montana I. This project is also constructed with post-tensioned concrete decks, columns and walls in five (5) levels, with one (1) level of below-grade concrete parking which provides for much more than the code required parking.
