Marlborough School is a private, all-girls, college-preparatory secondary school for grades 7-12 located in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. More than a century Marlborough School has been a leader in women's education. Marlborough is considered one of the foremost college-preparatory schools in Los Angeles. Over the past 3 years trustees and staff developed a comprehensive campus master plan which served as a blueprint for the $65Million Leadership in Learning Campaign. As a part of this campaign, WEST will demolish the existing library building and will replace it with a new cutting edge 2-story Academic Research Center (ARC) with 2 ½ levels of underground parking structure and will renovate the existing buildings. This project will transform the campus to accommodate the emergence of new technologies and programs. The new improvement will revitalize Marlborough's aging infrastructure, while observing environmentally responsible building practices and will transform campus facilities in ways that will profoundly impact present and future generations of students. Construction project will add 86,000 sq.ft. of new construction and 18,000 sq.ft. of renovated space to enhance the campus by 105,000 sq.ft.
