This is a complete interior and exterior renovation project of an old retail distribution center. WEST demolished all the existing interior, installed brand new MEPF systems, performed extensive exterior site improvement work, installed 24 brand new dock doors and loaders along with all the necessary structural renovation for the buildings new use.
