The Chen Residence is a high-end residential build out of two existing condominium shells on the top floor of the Brickworks Building. It incorporated curved Wenge or White Oak wood walls, Glass walls with gold leave, White Oak wood floors, floor to ceiling switch glass walls on the second floor (views), all cabinetry and most of the furniture were built on this phase. The bathrooms walls and floors are all glass mosaic tiles. Every inch of this project was impeccably finished and has become a showpiece for the architect, WEST Builders and the owner.
