The Bakery Lofts Phase II project is a new construction residential apartment development in Oakland California, by Madison Park Financial. The Bakery II project is a three level type V structure (35,000 SF) with 36 loft style apartments, on grade parking, and central courtyard designed by Flynn Craig & Grant Architects. The Bakery II design incorporates modern and historic re-creations to mirror the neighboring historic Wonderbread Bakery Factory site. The façade is a combination of high efficiency glazing, articulated stucco/plaster and Hardiplank horizontal siding. Construction and building occupancy was completed in 11 months, 1 month ahead of schedule.
