559 Pacific Ave.
The Hippodrome was originally a dance hall and brothel, consisting of 28,000 SF, two stories over a full basement. The entire building was upgraded with seismic, structural and fire protection work. Second floor interiors were completely demolished, rebuilt and a new roof with skylights were added. The ground floor is retail with office space above. |
