If you are a college graduate seeking employment, your position will commence as a starting Project Engineer located on a project such that you can immediately commence your valuable field experience. Where a project is in preconstruction awaiting final entitlements and permitting, you may be temporarily located in the main office contributing to the preconstruction efforts prior to moving onsite for construction.
Project Engineers at WEST have many opportunities depending on their experience and over time more and more challenging projects will become available, along with more responsibilities and management of other Engineers.
